Sewage Treatment Plant

The wastewater discharged from the activated carbon production of Datong Quesheng Activated Carbon Co., Ltd. consists of four types of water. The sewage treatment plant focuses on treating 15T/H highconcentration industrial wastewater and 25.5T/H concentrated seawater. The treated effluent is reused as cooling tower circulating water. 1.Concentrated brine enters the reverse osmosis system after being purified and concentrated by a multimedia filter and an activated carbon filter. The pure water is reused, and the concentrated reverse osmosis concentrate is evaporated to allow the high salt content in the concentrated water to crystallize and settle out. 2.High-concentration industrial wastewater first undergoes gas stripping and extraction to recover most of the ammonia solution and sodium phenolate, and then enters the biochemical treatment system. The biochemical method uses advanced MBR membrane technology. 3.After the wastewater is treated by biochemical treatment, it is adsorbed by activated carbon and then enters the reverse osmosis treatment device. The pure water is reused, and the concentrated water is purified by two-stage reverse osmosis after being treated with double-alkali method to remove hardness, and finally evaporated and crystallized by a three-effect evaporator.
