Upright Carbonization Furnace

The carbonization section of the crushed charcoal uses an internal heating horizontal flue upright furnace, which is currently the largest single-hole furnace type in China. It has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, large production capacity, adjustable heating temperature, low furnace roof temperature, and high tar yield. The furnace is equipped with controllable temperature measuring equipment, making the quality of the product stable. The furnace uses continuous mechanized production processes for coal charging and quenching. Coal charging uses a double-cylinder double-layer intelligent electric-hydraulic drum valve for coal supply, and quenching uses low-moisture steam in a closed environment. It is highly automated and have comfortable working conditions.
