External heat type carbonization furnace

It is a briquetted carbonization equipment that uses advanced external heat, low-temperature, oxygen-free carbonization technology. It adopts an oxygen-free carbonization process that results in a high carbonization yield and good surface strength without any burning loss. During production, the latent heat released by the material is utilized, and the dry distillation gas is fully drawn into the incinerator for complete combustion. A portion of the heat generated during combustion is returned to the carbonization furnace for heating. As no fuel is required, energy consumption and gas emissions are greatly reduced, enabling low-temperature and slow carbonization with low degrees of graphitization, good activity, and high activation yields. Additionally, the low-temperature and slow carbonization leads to full bonding of the powdered particles, resulting in high mechanical strength of the carbonized materials with great potential for activation. This enables the production of higher quality products with more developed pore structures. The furnace operates stably for extended periods without coking or blockage issues.
